What I saw from Polar Moment was a standard of response well beyond anything I had experienced from other Suppliers throughout my time here.
We were very fortunate that, following an open tendering process, SkillSet was selected for both workstreams. We have benefitted from working with one supplier that is committed to partnering with us and going the extra mile to deliver our requirements.
SkillSet provided thorough training so I have the tools to maintain some of the theme myself and continue to be supportive with the management of the site – giving sound advice when required.
The feedback we have received by the pharmacy staff has been very positive and we are now getting requests for more and more functionality.
The training delivered by SkillSet, particularly the teach back element of the face-to-face sessions, was extremely effective in equipping them with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to train users and line managers across the business.
Staff were not using the tool effectively or as intended. As a result, we were not realising the true potential of our IT investment. The new eLearning materials have really helped endusers to become more confident in the rostering system. The feedback we have received so far has been excellent.
